When looking at Côtes du Rhône for
the UK market, our client who had a
young and dynamic winemaker, found
that most of the wines on offer had very
classic, traditional packaging; there
was a lack of brands with genuine
consumer appeal. Enfant Terrible was
to be a quality Côtes du Rhône wine
but with real personality and charm.
The packaging pays homage to
Napoleon, France’s most famous
enfant terrible. The otherwise classic
label has been overwritten by the
winemaker adding a level of cheeky
edginess to the brand.
